i stayed in a beautiful room king bed and found it well-kept. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the breakfast buffet featured many choices. all staff were very helpful.

fresh food helpful staff

the food was warm fresh and delicious with half board i took advantage of the splash park and fitness center with my family the staff was very helpful especially pakeeza from housekeeping and umer hayat at reception tushar at the italian restaurant gave very good suggestions about food too the views and the buggy journey were a cherry on top.

the all inclusive package required constant checking to avoid unexpected charges i found this quite inconvenient some drinks were included while fizzy drinks were not this inconsistency was strange

our suite was wonderfully spacious, i was delighted to discover. the high standard of daily tidying was apparent. the resort offered endless activities, including a splash area and pools, which our toddler enjoyed . the bartender at palmito pool was nice!!!

I found that the race track nearby created some occasional noise. It was a very slight annoyance.

the resort featured numerous restaurants. every meal, from breakfast to dinner, offered fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. i particularly enjoyed the variety available at breakfast, a wonderful start to the day.
